3. Account Security and Verification

• Identity verification (KYC) may be required before processing any withdrawal. Documents typically requested include a national ID, passport, or driver's license.
• Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of a withdrawal request may result in the request being cancelled. Repeated failures to verify identity may lead to permanent account closure.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

bdta1 supports a range of Bangladesh-local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, as well as international methods such as Visa and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated.

Please be aware of the following deposit and withdrawal policies:

6. Prohibited Activities

• Breach of any of these Terms & Conditions, including suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or engagement in prohibited activities.
• Failure to pass identity verification checks within the specified timeframe or provision of false identification documents.
